What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in self-help for well-being?
At TRE UK® we are very excited about 2021.
It is an understatement to say that 2020 has been a most difficult year for everyone the world over.
The pandemic has been a test on everyone’s resilience, and physical, mental, and emotional health has been extremely challenged.
In 2021 I predict that there will be a seismic global shift in the approach to wellbeing.
I believe that there will be more openness, interest, and acceptance towards natural, self-help options that have often been dismissed as taboo or woo.
There will be less reliance on seeking something or someone else to fix the problem.
There will be a realization that our physical body has the power to heal on all levels and taking responsibility for personal wellbeing and teaching children to do the same puts us all back in control.
Online self-health care services will be more available, affordable, and effective.
Organizations will be more open to supporting staff with their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing recognizing that a resilient workforce is not just happier but more productive, focused, and innovative.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in self-help for well-being through 2021?
Discover in 2021 the best-kept secret is that just as your body has built tension over the years from stress, overwhelm or trauma it can also release it!
You hold the ultimate innate solution for your own well-being. Let your body talk.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in self-help for well-being to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
- Remember that your health is your greatest wealth, spend wisely.
- If you want things to change you have to do something different.
- Discover the power of your own ability to heal for no one can do that for you.
- Believe in yourself, there is something wonderful inside just waiting to be set free.
However, be aware: –
- Don’t go feet first into anything and everything, take time to research and review first.
- High price ticket does not always mean results.
- Be clear about what is expected and what support service you are given.
- Healing is an inside job!

What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in the corporate world?
If I need to sum it up in two words that would be Communities and Intuition.
Communities changed our personal life in the last decade but in 2020, as the whole world had to stay home and work online, our human need for connection, contribution, and certainty spread over into our business lives as well.
Our days split between MS Teams for day-to-day job tasks, WhatsApp and Messenger to catch up with family and friends but the new, blooming everywhere, was Zoom!
People have created communities to discuss new business ideas, industry problems, new kind of products or simply to have human contact with others.
In 2021 we’ll see dominant communities as people will surround themselves with other like-minded people sharing the same values, philosophy, common ideas, and goals.
Intuition at work is the second big wave in 2021.
Business leaders learned to trust their own intuition rather than the forecast models and analysis for their industry.
People like Jeff Bezos, Oprah Winfrey, and Dr. Joe Dispenza openly share that a decision “made from the heart” always proved to be “better” or “profitable”.
In the past, Steve Jobs was sharing the same mindset and before that Albert Einstein, just to name a few.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in corporate companies through 2021?
We will all experience the two opposites – chaos and calmness. Try to stay as neutral as possible to all happening around you as only then you will be able to follow your intuition and take a good decision for yourself, your business, your team, and your family.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in big companies to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
I know what I just said is easy to say but difficult to do when businesses are collapsing, and the world looks crazy.
So, practice daily meditation.
That’s not a magic pill. Meditation is a tool to calm your mind and connect with your own source. That’s the neutrality I’m talking about.
Wayne Marlton – Founder of Copywrite Dynamite, High Converting Copywriter and Sales Strategist
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in Copywriting?
The worldwide pandemic has clearly created a rapid shift in the need for businesses to sell online.
This has been a sink or swim situation for many industries.
The bottom line in business, regardless of how great your product or service is, irrespective of your level of expertise or how many people you are admirably going to help, this can only be achieved by creating more clients.
As a result of this, business owners that perhaps may not have quite appreciated the unique ability copywriters have to engage with and close their ideal clients, are now finding tremendous value in our services.
High converting copywriters have never been so in demand and I believe this will continue into 2021.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in Copywriting through 2021?
If writing copy isn’t your passion or something you haven’t got time to become great at, look at outsourcing that particular skillset. People who understand copywriting know that hiring a good copywriter is to be looked upon as an investment and not a cost.
Not all, but many of the best copywriters ask for a percentage of the sales generated from their work so it’s in everyone’s best interest to ensure the copy is of the highest standard as we only succeed if you do!
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals interested in Copywriting to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
If you are a Business Owner or Entrepreneur who has decided to do their own copy, I would suggest the following:
- Work on telling your powerful story. Ensure you position yourself as an expert in your industry but with sincerity and authenticity. If you’ve struggled, declare it. How you have managed to bounce back from adversity creates inspiration, and inspiration can create action. Don’t make it too long though, every sentence must have a purpose!
- When you aren’t telling your story, ensure you are constantly referring to your client as “you.” Your clients need to feel constantly engaged and enticed to read the next line, or paragraph and the best way to make sure this happens is by speaking to them about their problems and what their solutions are.
- Focus On Your Headline! You may be the most fantastic, captivating writer on the planet, but if your headline doesn’t arouse curiosity or the need for your future clients to read on, no-one will ever know! Be specific if possible e.g.… Instead of “Lose weight and look good” try something like “5 Crucial Steps to Lose 5 Pounds in 5 Days.”
- Keep your copy conversational. Allow your future clients to resonate with your words. If you say the words out loud and it sounds ridiculously awkward (very common!) look at changing your approach. My highest converting work has come from making my copy sound like I’m sat across from someone having a conversation.

What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in Mindset and Wellness?
Time is allowing for space and reflection. An opening to a simpler life. I believe people are naturally becoming more mindful in their daily choices when looking at what options are best for them.
During this time of the global pandemic, it has allowed for a closer examination of what potentially needs to be reviewed as far as ongoing boundaries and what self-care looks like.
Many people are finally looking closer at reoccurring negative themes that need resolve so they can finally live a life that is less encumbered and more light, peaceful and free – recognizing that these changes occur from the inside out.
As mindfulness and calming techniques are becoming more embraced and moving towards mainstream knowledge and acceptance which include mediation, yoga, stretching, breath work to name a few, there is a simpler approach to getting to where you want to be faster.
Online apps are also seeing an increase in users for binaural beats and other natural ways to relax and let go.
These techniques in combination with strong strategies in stress reduction, better sleep, building self-esteem and stillness lead to a more relaxed life lived with purpose and intention. For example, a shift towards daily gratitude can have a big impact!
I believe we will continue to see the importance of far more balance in our lives and that #SelfLoveMicrosteps are finally being recognized as an important priority where no-fail actionable steps every day lead to massive results in your life. Whatever that might be for you!
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in Mindset and Wellness through 2021?
It is more important than ever to create your own internal calm, clarity, and peace.
Letting go of invisible barriers or reoccurring themes to live the life you want on your terms is far easier now due to access, tools, and resources.
Take the first step in your evolution, you are worth it! Invest in yourself now.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in Mindset and Wellness to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
Love yourself daily. Make yourself a priority even if you need to schedule it in, take time every day for YOU. Do something to create peace, joy, laughter, and fun.
Get outside and ground yourself in nature, a simple walk will do.
Practice self-forgiveness and self-compassion. We are all doing the best we can. When we know better, we do better.
If you are feeling lost and don’t know where to begin.
Speak to a professional to develop a strategy that best works for you. I have simple proven techniques that work.
Pitfalls – Leave ideas of perfection in the past.
Being your true authentic self and loving yourself is more important to your long-term health, happiness, and well-being.
Talia Adika, MBA International Employer/Employee Benefits – Talia is a world-renowned Benefits Specialist Who Specializes in the US health insurance market.
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in US Employee/Employer Benefits?
Covid 19 has impacted all of us on a global scale and has tampered with the confidence of the average citizen in all countries.
2020 was a very dominant year in restriction and creating a controlled environment between governments and the citizens.
2021 will be a much better year in the very fact that restrictions will begin to ease.
As the vaccine is distributed, we will then have more confidence and less concern over becoming ill with COVID 19.
If you look at history, the same happened with the POLIO vaccine in 1955.
The world was extremely nervous about this vaccine, during that time.
Once it was widely distributed, fears subside.
I believe the same will happen with the COVID 19 vaccine.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in US Employee/Employer Benefits for a positive 2021?
We are starting to see the light at the end of a long tunnel.
With this New Year ahead, we will begin to see industries and consumers having more confidence as the vaccine becomes more readily available.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in US Employee/Employer Benefits to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
My advice is if you must take the vaccine for travel or if it is required to attend University or the office, back to work. – Then you must take the vaccine.
I have advised others if you are not in a situation to take the vaccine and feel you are not at risk then you should not take the vaccine until after a year or 2, we do not know what the possible side effects may be.
I do predict 2021 to be a year of change and positive outcomes. We are returning to normal with a new sense of appreciation and awareness that we did not have before.
Jeannetta Collier – CEO and Founder of Jeannetta Collier Enterprises, Inc., Nu’Blac Investments LLC, Imaginary Glass Ceiling LLC, Life and Business Coach, Author and Radio/Podcast Personality.
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in Business?
My prediction for 2021 is that more people will need to learn how to pivot in their business as well as their personal life, if you want to stay relevant and have sustainability you must stay in motion also.
Growth can be uncomfortable and unfamiliar in regards to how businesses were running in a face to face, network of gatherings, and a personal contact sociality.
While virtual meetings and conferences have taken over our traditional in-person way of living, however, I believe that at some point the office will evolve into a case-based hybrid model.
Online education, small business start-ups, coaching industry are some of the professions that will see massive growth.
To be able to pivot is the difference between sustaining, or thriving. Just like the industrial area of business, no one thought that it would ever end and then all of a sudden, the tech area appears.
Those that were ready were able to have a smooth transition and for those that were not prepared life as they knew came to a sudden halt.
I believe what 2020 has taught us is that nothing is for certain not even if it’s working for that moment in time. You must stay informed and ready to make a decision or change if needed.
Your way of doing things is not the only way; although we like to think that it is and collaboration is the best way to a pulse check in our personal and professional life.
You have to always be ready to pivot with the ability to move forward and adopt change.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in Business through 2021?
This is the time to collaborate with like-minded individuals.
Prep your life and business to be business-ready. Automation, integration, and digitization will be at the forefront of many companies.
Even those doing well have people working from home and the impact will depend on what kind of new normal emerges in 2021, 2022, and beyond.
Mental illness will be on the rise due to a lack of resources, i.e. jobs, homeless, food, and medical care.
Investment strategies in real estate for 2021 will continue to see a rise in the housing market and the commercial market but this recovery will vary by segment and geography.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in Business to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
Your success for 2021 will solely depend on your ability to adapt to a new normal; your ability changes with the times.
Personal branding is the name of the game for 2021.
You need to have the ability to stand out in a crowd.
Make sure you have an online presence.
Whatever social networks you choose to grow your brand, put in the time to make a success.
Share content and engage with your audience.
Connect with others on the network, liking, commenting, and sharing their content.
This kind of engagement is what makes any social media strategy a success.
Make sure you focus on your audience and be authentic (The Best You).
Your audience wants to follow real people who mean what they say.
“Just be you” is probably one of the most commonly used phrases in coaching.
And finally, if you want success in 2021 COLLABORATE, COLLABORATE, COLLABORATE.
Your pitfalls for 2021 is a lack of speed and efficiency when it comes to customer service.
Having the much-needed technology in place for proper follow-up.
Remember customers are more than a transaction they are the oil to your business.
Vaska Krabbe – Visionary Brand Architect, to help you brand YOUR brilliance and YOUR brilliant product Speaker. Designer.
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in branding?
2021 will be the year of things that matter!
The pandemic brought about the realisation that many of the things that used to work, worked no longer.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution, especially when it comes to branding YOUR (=God given) brilliance and positioning, you and your product in the forthcoming 2021 marketplace.
Now is the time for real, authentic, relevant, visionary, and caring professionals to show what they have got.
If you consider yourself one of them, it is your time!
Yes, the market is very crowded but in 2021 I see people searching for someone just like you to come and help them overcome their challenges and bridge the gap to reaching their dreams.
The 2021 marketplace will be crowded, however, but, therein lies the opportunities to help the growing number of people that will be searching for someone (just like you), to help them overcome their challenges and bridge the gap to reaching their dreams.
No fluffy stuff, no wasted time. Only real things that matter.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in branding through 2021?
Your Brilliance is your trademark!
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in branding to be sure of a successful 2021?
Ideally, you have to work on building two brands.
A personal brand and a company brand.
Your personal brand is about your brilliance.
Your company brand is about the brilliant product/service you desire to present to the market.
That way you could start additional businesses later on that are not necessarily related to your first business, and seize more opportunities.
And any pitfalls to look out for?
One of the hardest to recognize pitfalls is you being in love with your idea/product/service and losing sight of the differences between relevance and irrelevance, and the reason(s) why you are doing it.
Creating a brand and presenting it on the market should have one reason – providing value and fulfilling a need.
Obviously, you should the brand you are working with, however, it isn’t something you create just because you love it, providing value and fulfilling a need should be at the top of reasons why list.
Barbara Vercruysse – Mentor – Mindset Coach – Business Coach – Public Speaker
Barbara Vercruysse has a powerful combination of a brilliant leader with a huge heart. She leads with profound wisdom on human behavior, care for her clients, and the desire to help business owners and corporate leaders embrace a life of deep fulfillment, living up to their full potential.
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in the coaching industry?
Since we are living in a world where uncertainty and change have become the rule, more and more individuals will see the need and appreciate the support of a professional coach or mentor who has achieved and masters what they want to achieve: peace of mind, self-confidence, and strength in whatever circumstance.
Can you share a word of wisdom that will support individuals through 2021?
My mantra since the beginning of the pandemic has been: “Something good will come out of this.” When a crisis hits our personal or professional life, instead of panicking, complaining, or blaming, the key is to look for the lesson and the opportunity in the situation.
Instead of fearing change, our adaptability to a new reality will be the key to our survival and eventually our success.
What tips or guidance do you have for business owners and corporate leaders to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
My biggest tip would be to never underestimate the resilience of the human spirit.
Be flexible, be curious, always keep learning, and know that whatever it is that you are facing, you have the power within you to overcome it.
The biggest pitfall I see with many business owners is the reluctance to ask for help.
Asking for help is always a sign of self-assessment, of maturity, and never a sign of weakness.
Mahesh Sriram – International Model, Actor, Entrepreneur, Animation Production and Training
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in the Animation Production Industry?
It’s going to be a great year for new ideas and new business entrepreneurs!
Everyone has been forced to spend a lot of time indoors now so we all have the opportunity to utilize this time for the nurturing ideas harnessing our energies.
For me, this has been time well spent being creative and innovative.
This time has been ideal for my business as what sets us apart from our competitors is our up-to-date industry knowledge with application to trends in the current business scenario.
Can you share a word of wisdom that will support individuals in the Animation Production Industry through 2021?
To truly be successful it takes a great team.
Collaborations with others help you and them and the ability to access and leverage networks helps to strengthen those relationships.
Collaborate for success as together you’ll be able to help each other grow your respective businesses simultaneously.
The pandemic has truly helped us all realize how small the world is and how we are all connected every day of our life, no matter which part of the world you live in.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in the Animation Production Industry to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
To achieve success, it takes hard work and determination.
We all have one major thing in common.
We are all given the same number of hours in a day.
What we choose to do with those hours is what separates the ordinary from the extraordinary.
The life lessons we can take away currently is, what is the REAL impact of what we do in this world.
How can we change the world and create one of love and kindness irrespective of class, race, sexual orientation, religion, or occupation?
We will all be in a better place if we let love and kindness be the road markings in our journey in life.
Guiding us and keeping us on the right path.
Challenges are in everything but the only way to overcome them is to do things that we are passionate about so our dedication and focus will overcome all the challenges.
Life is precious. Be humble, honest, make a difference in others’ lives, and enjoy what you are doing in life!
Tamara L. Hunter – Tamara L. Hunter shows nonprofits and for-profit with a cause of how to put together an online summit, profitable fundraising events and Livestreamed shows using a staff of volunteers.
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in the Health Industry?
I see the opportunity for businesses, movements, and causes to reach more people through the use of online platforms.
With the world experiencing COVID and isolation, reach is even more important.
Businesses who had not considered having their own show, online event or fundraiser, now have a method of connecting with the people who need to hear their message.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in the Health Industry through 2021?
Follow your passion. Craft your vision.
Ask for help. Surround yourself with those who know HOW to get things done.
Be grateful for that which comes your way.
Give back to the world generously.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in the Health Industry to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
Go into any relationship with an open heart and mind, and discernment.
Make sure to get a proposal or plan that shows how your partner will show up for you.
Be willing to hold their feet to the fire.
And be open to following the energy of expansion and receiving abundantly.
Shayne Warden – Executive Director CICS LTD
Shayne Warden is the Executive Director of CICS LTD – known as The Disruptive Entrepreneur Disrupting the Cleaning Industry for the better. Specialist Industrial Cleaning, Biohazard, Crime and Trauma Scene Cleaning
What is your Prediction for 2021 that you will see happening for the positive in the Cleaning Industry?
Finally, we are nearing the end of the 2020 tunnel and seeing encouraging glimmers of light.
While the pandemic is not yet under control, we do have promising vaccine news as 2021 approaches, and many have returned to on-site work.
We see stabilization in UK, Brexit, and the US government after months of uncertainty, and the beginning of commitment and action to address longstanding racial and social justice inequities.
At a more granular level, these months of operating in survival mode have provided valuable insight into how organizations and people can truly move forward from this disruption and position themselves to navigate the future disruptions that are bound to occur.
It would be a tremendous waste to treat the past year as a detour-a momentary delay that leads us right back to the path we were on.
Instead, we need to treat 2020 as a shortcut that showed us how to leapfrog to our desired destination: a place where we’re not merely surviving but thriving.
Can you share a few words of wisdom that will support individuals in the Cleaning Industry through 2021?
With the end of 2020 in sight, we have the means to create the light we want to step into.
There’s no “waiting for a better time”—the time is now!
The lessons learned over the past eight months bring sharp focus to global human capital trends that have been evolving for years, trends in well-being, reskilling, super teams (combining humans with machines automating the workload), workforce strategies, and the role of HR.
Even more, these lessons reinforce the overarching need to build the human element into everything an organization does to create lasting value for clients, workers, organizations, and society at large.
What tips or guidance do you have for individuals in the Cleaning Industry to be sure of a successful 2021 and any pitfalls to look out for?
Pandemic? Recession? Forget outside elements. Focus on factors you can control to position your company for growth–even in turbulent times, pivot and embrace the digital decade ahead.
Leadership culture is about connection and empowerment.
Work is the most underutilized source of value.
Embrace, technology, and Ecosystems which are essential to extend your organizational capabilities.
I am confident 2021 will see us slowly move forward into a new, positive future.
Businesses will begin to re-build with fresh ideas and a new perspective.
Face to face networking will return and we will have events to look forward to.
All of the predictions above share the same united message, the world will heal and we will all be stronger together than ever before.
In the meantime, focus on the good, stay safe this winter, support others in need and let’s make 2021 one of success, love, happiness and peace!
