Gallup Certified Strengths Coach Anna Nelson Reveals How Online Entrepreneurs Can Accomplish More by Doing Less on Influencers Radio

On a recent episode of Influencers Radio with Jack Mize, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach Anna Nelson discussed the importance of understanding personal strengths and weaknesses for online business owners.

During the interview, Nelson explained why so many smart and driven people who are experts in their field struggle with the transition from employee to business owner, saying, “A lot of online entrepreneurs left corporate because they were doing things that they didn’t like or weren’t good at… now they find themselves in a similar position, but it’s for their own business, and that can be discouraging when you have something really great to offer the world.”

According to Nelson, the key to true business growth and success for online entrepreneurs lies in their ability to focus on their strengths or ‘superpowers’, and delegate the parts of their business they might not be so good at or enjoy doing.

Describing how she applies these principles to her own business, Nelson said, “I’m extremely good at helping someone who wants to learn what their strengths are. I’ve been doing it since I was kid…encouraging and motivating people and helping them see what they’re really good at… What I’m not good at is planning my social media calendar. I hate it so much…that’s not what’s going to make me money…so I hired an intern to do that and she’s good at that…Now I can actually go out and talk to the people who need my help… and change their lives.”

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Nelson works with online business owners to build a profitable, fun business. Through 1:1 coaching and team workshops, she helps entrepreneurs discover their superpowers and assemble a team that empowers them to do more of what they naturally do best.

And that is literally Nelson’s superpower.
